Terms of Service

The site is a free, lead-generation audit tool. It produces tracking and SEO assessments for URLs you submit, generates optional AI-flavoured analysis from those assessments, and offers a contact form so you can talk to us about implementation. Nothing on the site is bespoke advice for your specific situation; if you need that, hire us.

The audit findings are produced by automated tools (including but not limited to a Python tracking scanner, Google Lighthouse, and large language models). The output is best-effort and routinely incomplete or wrong. ELEVATE MARKET INTELLIGENCE LIMITEDmakes NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES of any kind regarding the accuracy, completeness, currency or fitness-for-purpose of any audit, score, suggestion or AI- generated insight produced by this site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ELEVATE MARKET INTELLIGENCE LIMITED EXCLUDES ALL LIABILITYfor direct or indirect loss arising from reliance on the tool’s output — including but not limited to lost revenue, ranking changes, mis-attributed conversions, broken instrumentation, or third- party platform actions. The tool is provided “as is” and “as available” with no uptime or error-rate guarantee. Liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g. for death or personal injury caused by negligence) is not affected.

You may audit websites you operate, websites you have a legitimate commercial reason to benchmark against (e.g. competitors), and websites where the operator has consented. Don’t use the tool to harass, surveil or scrape. Don’t hammer it with automated traffic — there are rate limits and we’ll block IPs that abuse them.

All output produced by the tool is for your own internal evaluation. Don’t resell our reports or pass them off as the work of a third party.

The site uses a small number of first-party cookies to preserve session state, plus PostHog and Google Analytics 4 for product analytics — but only after you accept the cookie banner. Declining cookies prevents the site from working; see the Privacy Policy for details.

If you submit a contact form, we’ll send you a small number of follow-up emails (typically 1d, 5d and 11d after you submit). Every email carries an unsubscribe link; clicking it cancels the entire sequence and any future cadence triggered by your record.

The tool itself, the brand marks, the audit-generation logic and the visual identity are © Elevate Market Intelligence Limited. The audit output you receive (your scores, your breakdown, your AI insights) is yours to keep and use internally.

We may suspend or remove access at any time if these terms are breached or if continued operation puts the platform at risk. You may stop using the site at any time and request deletion of your associated records by emailing info@elevatemi.co.uk; we reply within one working day and complete deletions within 30 days.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may revise these terms. The “last updated” date at the top of the page tracks material changes. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
